We offer delivery to all over UAE

What are your UAE delivery options?

After finding that perfect diffuser, you can’t wait to experience its refreshing aroma. We understand your excitement, and that’s why we offer fast and convenient delivery options for our customers in Dubai and across the UAE.

Dubai

  • Click & Collect > Pick up your items the next day, faster than we can deliver, from Scentation HQ in Al Quoz 1. Orders placed before 2 PM local time can be collected the next day anytime between 9 AM - 6 PM (Monday - Friday).

  • Same Day Delivery over 25 AED in Dubai > Estimated delivery. Dubai orders will be delivered using our dedicated logistics team. ( Please note order should place before 12pm )
  • Free Express Delivery over 100 AED in Dubai > Estimated delivery within 1-2 working days. Dubai orders will be delivered using our dedicated logistics team.

  • Standard Delivery below 100 AED in Dubai > Estimated delivery within 1–2 working days. A delivery fee of AED 16 applies. All Dubai orders are fulfilled by our dedicated logistics team to ensure a seamless and reliable experience.

Other cities across the UAE

  • Express Delivery > Estimated delivery within 3-4 working days at a flat shipping rate of 20 AED, regardless of package weight or dimensions.

What are your International Delivery options?

  • Standard Delivery > Estimated delivery within 5-7 working days across GCC, subject to smooth customs clearance.

International orders are dispatched the same day if placed before 1 PM UAE time (excluding Saturday - Sunday). Orders placed after 12 PM will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping rates vary based on destination, weight, and dimensions of your purchase. This information will be displayed at checkout and included in your final bill.

I ordered… where is my product?

Waiting eagerly for your package? You should receive delivery details via email. If your order is shipped using Aramex, DHL, FedEx or UPS, you will be provided with a tracking number to monitor your shipment. You can also log into your account for additional tracking details.

What if my order is late or lost?

If your delivery is delayed, please contact us, and we will provide you with the tracking number to follow up with Aramex directly.

Any order discrepancies, including missing or lost items, must be reported to us in writing via our contact form within 24 hours of receiving your order. Refunds or replacements for lost items can only be processed after 30 working days from dispatch, once Courier officially classifies them as lost.

If an order is marked as delivered but hasn’t been received, it may have been signed for by someone else at your delivery address. Unfortunately, we cannot refund or replace items that are tracked as delivered.

Providing the correct delivery address is the responsibility of the purchaser. We are not responsible for shipments sent to an incorrect or non-existent address, and refunds will not be issued for lost items due to an incorrect address.
