What This Warranty Covers

What This Warranty Does Not Cover

• Damage caused by misuse, mishandling, or accidental damage
• Normal wear and tear, including fading of packaging over time
• Products purchased from unauthorized resellers
• Alterations, modifications, or improper storage of the product
• Natural variation in scent due to storage conditions or product age

Shipping for Warranty Claims

If a claim is approved, we will cover the cost of shipping a replacement item to you. In cases where the product must be returned to us for inspection, we will provide instructions and cover reasonable return shipping costs for valid warranty claims.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect so we can assess whether it qualifies under this warranty and resolve the issue promptly.

Claim Process

Once your warranty claim has been submitted, our team will review the details and may request photos or additional information to assess the issue. We will notify you regarding the approval status of your claim.

Approved claims will result in a repair, replacement, or store credit at our discretion, processed within 10 business days of approval.
